Layton is the founder of NHRC and has been a former heroin addict, he is a graduate of Limerick University (Drug and Alcohol Studies), Counselling & Psychotherapy Studies, and has a background in Social Care. He is a Board member of Tallaght Drugs & Alcohol Task Force and serves on the Treatment & Rehabilitation Sub-group.

David O’Gorman BA is a full time church minister with a business background.  He is also the President of a U.S based Non-Profit, Christ for Ireland, and sits on the board of Revival Focus another U.S Non-Profit.

Mr Eamon Vincent Ryan

Vincent Ryan, Started his own company ALC in 1979 growing it to 20 employees and steering it successfully through the sales process to ‘Technitron’ an International Company. A Computer Software Engineer by profession he has been director of ‘Computerspeak Ltd’ his second company since 2003 and brings over 30 years’ experience to the Board. Functional experience; Employee Management, Motivation, Employee Contract Law, Employer Responsibilities, Conflict Resolution. Interests; A committed family man with 5 children, a Deacon and Trustee of Lifegate Bible Baptist Church, very committed to work of New Hope.

Mrs Florence White

Nurse

Florence White, a semi-retired nurse having spent some years in London where she did her nurses training and also trained as a midwife. She then returned to Ireland and worked as a nurse for over 25 years in St. Vincent’s University Hospital. Interests Counselling, Visiting the sick, cake making/decoration, gardening etc.

Mr Michael Craig

Michael is working for International Business Machines (IBM) which he joined through an acquisition from Equitant in 2005. His work experience includes Credit Management, Cost Management and Business Operations. He obtained a Bachelor’s degree in International Management in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Michael is also Chairman of the Board of Directors at County Hospital in Nigeria.

Mr Adewale Soyingbe

Adewale holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing. He has worked across many countries in Nigeria, Cameroun and Ireland. Worked with Unilever as Brand Manager for 6 yrs. and West Africa Milk company for 1.5 years in both cases handling world renowned Brands. He’s currently a Managing Director at Citibank Europe Plc in Ireland. His 24 years with the Bank has seen him work in Branch banking, Credit, Marketing, Personal banking and Product Management. He has attended training across the world and brings over 30 years post qualification experience to the Board.

Licensed Facilitator, ‘The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People’; Certified Interaction Management Instructor and Targeted Selection Administrator, SGV-Development Dimension International, Associate Member of the Irish Institute of Training and Development. Areas of Expertise: One-on-One Counselling; Group Counselling Training design/facilitation in leadership, supervision, time management, team building, personality development, etiquette, social graces, employee motivation and discipline.
